FARLEY QUARRY / IRONBRIDGE, - nr Telford / Shrewsbury - SUNDAY Augsut 17th - - M54 junction 6, A5223 / A4169 follow signs towards Ironbridge Gorge, then down the three lane bypass and turn LEFT on A4169 towards Much Wenlock. Quarry site on RIGHT after Farley Halt, or two miles north of Much Wenlock. Follow our 4x4 signs. £35 per 4x4 pay on the day, catering, all 4x4s welcome.

Welcome and thank you for visiting our web site. We have run off road events for 4x4 vehicles since 1991 and have at least two events per month. Why not come along and have a go with your 4x4, lots of space, plenty of varied terrain and most of all helpful people. Charges are £35 per vehicle, includes your vehicle and passengers. FREE parking for trailers and tow vehicle. Sites are very large and suitable for novices and experts alike and all offer great opportunities for off road fun.

IRONBRIDGE / FARLEY QUARRY nr Ironbridge / Telford, Shropshire. (Photograph above) This is a large quarry with lakes, water sections,climbs and lots of obstacles and challenges. HOT Food on site. Next event at this site SUNDAY AUGUST 17th £35 per 4x4 pay on the day, passengers FREE, trailers FREE.

4x4 Funday Ltd organise non-competitive off-road driving days for every kind of 4x4 and all 4x4 vehicle owners and drivers are welcome, especially "family" vehicles and off road "specials", SORRY NO SCRAPYARD SPECIALS !!. We have run these events since 1991, our sites are large, varied and have stood the test of time to offering great fun and safety in your 4x4.You can do as much or as little off-roading as you wish. There is always plenty to do. 4x4 Funday Ltd events cost only £35 for the vehicle (including drivers and passengers) for the day. Days run from 10am until 4pm. Pay-on-the-day is £35 per 4x4, just turn up on the day and pay ! IF YOU WISH TO PRE PAY YOU CAN WITH EITHER A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD SIMPLY RING TO PRE-PAY. SORRY NO SPECTATORS UNLESS THEY ARE YOUR PASSENGERS AND TRAVEL TO THE SITE IN THE 4x4 VEHICLE WITH YOU. There are always plenty of helpful people around, site maps (for most sites), stickers and off-road driving tips are given FREE to anyone who asks. A quality on-site hot-food van is in attendance too and some sites have on-site toilets. All 4x4 vehicles are welcome at our Sunday 4x4 FUNDAYS, but if you have a large military or tracked vehicle please telephone to discuss whether the site is suitable for your vehicle. This site features one large lake, and several smaller lakes, varying depth and length "mud runs" and fantastic challenges. 4x4 Funday Ltd has EXCLUSIVE 4x4 USE of this site for 4x4 Fundays. Admission cost £35 per 4x4 pay on the day, on site catering. DIRECTIONS : Signposted off the A5 outisde Shrewsbury, take the B4380 off the A5 and turn RIGHT onto the A4169 signposted MUCH WENLOCK. Site in two miles on Right Hand Side. OR A458 from Bridgenorth to Shrewsbury, turn off on A4169 at MUCH WENLOCK and site in TWO MILES on Left Hand Side. AS FEATURED IN 4X4 MAGAZINE DECEMBER 2007

Site of the Month : FARLEY QUARRY, nr Telford/Shrewsbury - Simply the best site in the Midlands - climbs, mud, a lake, several smaller lakes, some woodland, everything for everyone and lots of space. Admission is £35 per 4x4 vehicle pay-on-the-day. We have an on-site site in catering caravan and on site toilets. SUNDAY AUGUST 17th 2008 is the next date at this great site.
